Voter opinion on banning social media for under 16's

I am launching a constituency survey to hear directly from residents on the proposal to ban social media use for under-16s. With growing concern about the impact of social media on children’s mental health, safety and development, it is vital that any approach taken reflects the views and experiences of local families, young people and educators.

The survey will help me understand whether constituents believe a ban would offer meaningful protection, where potential risks or unintended consequences may lie, and what role parents, schools, platforms and government should play in keeping young people safe online.
