Speaking after the visit to ITV Central, Dr Neil Shastri-Hurst MP said:
I visited the ITV Central studios in Birmingham, to see all the work that goes on the other side of the camera and in to producing a programme schedule, including an behind the scenes tour. It was fascinating to observe the fast paced inner workings of a live local news broadcast and to gain insight into the dedicated research efforts of the production team.
