Dr Neil Shastri-Hurst speaks in the Second Reading of the Courts and Tribunals Bill in the House of Commons on Tuesday 10 March 2026, opposing the Government’s proposal to curtail jury trials for certain crimes and asking where the modelling behind the plans is, which was promised to him by the Lord Chancellor on 3 February 2026.
